Model Introduction
This is an extension of continuous action space network game Finite number of players are involved in a group activity。
Their actions will affect other’s payoff bilaterally.
I extend this one-shot game into a multi-period game. And introduce some dynamic mechanisms on it.
Players start with autonomy,sitting in a exogenously given grid space. In each stage, players’ previous bilateral influence level decays by distance. And they update their link strength proportional to other players’ current action levels.
